We are now in the final phase of the migration from SOAP to REST, with approximately 6 weeks remaining until the 30th June 2026 deadline.

We are committed to supporting all organisations through this transition. However, with limited time remaining, it is important to assess your readiness and take immediate action.

The SOAP API will be decommissioned on 30th June 2026. From this point onward:

  • A2A connectivity will be available exclusively via the REST API
  • Any organisation that has not completed migration to REST will lose API access to the Claims Portal

Steps to Go Live – REST

If you have not already done so, please ensure the following steps are completed as soon as possible:

Please note:

  • Testing sign‑off can take up to 10 business days
  • Production credential requests can take up to 5 business days
  • These timeframes may increase as demand peaks closer to the deadline

Important:
If you use a software house, you must request your own production credentials — this cannot be done via your provider.
